Either side of the keeper and it's in that's for sure, nobody scores all their chances though and we were still Leading 1-0 poor subs, poor play and strategy in the last 5 minutes cost us that game!

We'll have them in the replay tho

Terrible header from Valencia though.

Re: Joey o'brien's kung fu tackle
Allardyce can blame it on Valencia not scoring that header all he likes, but EVERYBODY here knows different, those substitutions were appalling, with the JOB one absolutely incomprehensible!

Allardyce having a mental meltdown lately with a few strange choices!

I didn't think JO'B was going to play again after his disgusting performance against Arsenal. It's a shame we ended the match with, at best, three Championship quality players in JO'B, Nolan and Cole.

Stirling

Frustration noted. But which of our recent managers does or should have a place at West Ham?

Grant - no
Zola - nice guy, but more blue than claret
(Keen - 100% defeat record)
Pardew - too big for his boots, lost the players, better off out of the club, according to many on WHO
Curbs - boring, anti-WHU football, said many, but he left when WHU were in 5th spot
Roeder - no comment
(Brooking - best win percentage in WHU history, fits the bill perfectly, but doesn't want the job)
Harry - has nostalgia started papering over those brown paper bags?
Bonds - good bloke, not much of a manager
(Boyce - drew every game he was in charge of)
Macari - could be taxing and not a WHU man
Lyall, Greenwood, Fenton, Painter and King - all unavailable

It helps your case if your dad is the manager.

How does this useless prick get anywhere near the 1st team?

Re: Joey o'brien's kung fu tackle
But our great manager said enner valencia was to blame - nothing said about nolan and JOB.

Once again, BFS decided to stop playing football/retaining the ball after 60 mins. Absolutely disgusting football ethos. He has no place at west ham.

I heard mention that she can be a bit of a handful up front.

Apparently she has talent up top and in midfield.

Best thing he ever did for us was the grinning as he replaced someone in the 3 nil hiding over at the lane last year .

Disappointing and silly, to say the very least.

If for some reason he wanted an extra right back on (god knows why) shouldn't it been Demel ?

Re: Joey o'brien's kung fu tackle
We're in 2015, we are meant to be on the up, and we have been robbed of a huge cup win at Everton because of Joey 'fucking' O'brien. That's a really hard one to accept and to take on board, even by our standards.

HairyHammer 5:00 Wed Jan 7
Re: Joey o'brien's kung fu tackle
Terrible rushed headless chicken defending by o'brien for that goal if he stays on his feet no goal, and the lack of any movement on the cross in was less Premier league but more Hackney marshes.

Re: Joey o'brien's kung fu tackle
When you saw the garbage on our bench last night it really does hit home that we have a long way to go still to really having a good PL squad. Hopefully that will come over the next few transfer windows with in's and out's.

Re: Joey o'brien's kung fu tackle
Allardyce substitution fiasco again WTF was JOB doing diving in like that, brainless oaf, left him and Reid on the deck and gifted them the ball utter dross.

Amalfitano didn't look like he needed to come off absolute rubbish decision we. We'd more players who can keep the ball

Anybody else see Morrelles lash out against Cresswell in the build up to the corner we scored from, straight red if reviewed

South Woodhammer 1:03 Wed Jan 7
Re: Joey o'brien's kung fu tackle
JOB is useless and it was a pretty strange substitution to make as was taking off Valencia instead of Nolan who was utter dross tonight...his legs have gone and how Allardyce can't see that is unbelievable , he must have some kind of appearance guarantee in his contract , he was a complete passenger tonight. Poor substitutions cost us the game tonight , Everton were there for the taking and that was a great chance to break the jinx they have over us ... Nailed on now that they'll get a few players back for e replay and Lukaku will run us ragged as he threatened to do at times tonight ... Hopefully that's the last we shall see of Joey O Brien this season , Jenkinson and Demel are both far better right backs and if he wasn't another one of the ex Bolton love children he'd be out on loan at somewhere like Charlton... Great news on Song though..,,
